I am an experienced coach, counsellor and trainer specialising in working with people who want to build confidence, break free from limiting beliefs and lead a healthy, well-balanced life. I work with both older teenagers and adults.

Both coaching and therapy offer a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours to support personal growth and change.
However, coaching tends to be a more future-orientated process. It doesn’t usually explore the origin of issues that may cause stumbling blocks, but rather enables you to springboard ideas and to action them in your personal and professional life.
In contrast, therapy (from the Ancient Greek word “Therapeuo” meaning “healing”) focuses mainly on things that need to be healed or worked through from the past.
Therapeutic coaching blends the motivational drive of coaching with the deep insight of therapy, promoting lasting personal change. Making sustainable changes in our lives requires both a clear vision of our future potential and goals, as well as an awareness of how past experiences and relationships have shaped our current thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
My primary aim is to support people in becoming more effective in their personal and professional lives, with a focus on health and wellbeing rather than on healing distress.
