I am passionate about helping people unlock their full potential—whether through coaching, therapy, or workshops designed to inspire confidence and connection.

With decades of experience in people development, I offer a unique blend of expertise in education, coaching, and therapy. Initially a modern linguist in the education sector, I also spent over ten years creating and delivering Esteem Workshops in schools. I have been dedicated to equipping teenagers and adults with life skills in building self-esteem, managing emotions, cultivating healthy relationships, and navigating life transitions.

My specialist training includes:

  • Trauma

  • Grief

  • Eating Disorders

  • CBT

  • Transactional Analysis (TA)

  • Physical Intelligence

  • Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)

In my free time I enjoy Pilates, playing tennis and padel, travelling, interior design and walking in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. I am also a school governor with specific responsibility for RE and well-being, and I have volunteered as a youth worker for most of my adult life in my local church. Always up for a new challenge, I am currently learning Russian.
